Replacement Policy
We do not offer replacements for any order.
Once an order is delivered or picked up, it is considered complete and final.
We are unable to replace items for reasons including (but not limited to):
- Change of mind
- Design, color, or taste preferences
- Damage after delivery or pickup
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (name, message, address, time, etc.)
We ensure every order is prepared with care, but no replacements will be issued under any situation.
Shipping / Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver all cake orders fresh and on time.
Delivery timeframe: 4 to 24 hours, depending on product type, peak hours, and location.
Delivery time may vary due to factors such as weather, traffic, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive delivery updates via SMS or email (if applicable).
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unavoidable events (e.g., traffic jams, natural disasters, strikes).
